Speaker Bio: Larry is the CEO of Flybox, an insect technology company that designs, manufactures, and installs modular insect farming systems for the waste and food industry. Flybox also supports new operators with end-to-end feedstock, juvenile larvae supply and end product market access. Larry is also at the forefront of legislation on insects as feed and waste management through his work on the board of the UK edible insect association (UKEIA) and the Insect bioconversion association (INBIA) which are involved in advocating for changes in law to accommodate and make use of the awesome power of insect bioconversion in the British economy.
